ANGELA JANE LAVENDER
Angela is an Ontario artist who uses mixed media to create her works. Her canvases vibrate with intricate linework and an expressive dance of color.
When she paints, Angela begins intuitively, with rhythmic brushstrokes, before gradually slowing down as she becomes lost in her creation. The longer she paints, the more detailed her layers become. The painter adds movement to her works by blending the pigments of the oils, infusing her art with great depth. Angela adds the finishing touches to her pieces by drawing thousands of tiny dots with a precision brush, drawing the viewer in, who becomes lost in the brushstrokes each layer offers.

ANNIE LAROCHE
Annie is a Quebec painter originally from Quebec City, now based in Stoneham-et-Tewkesbury. It is in this magnificent municipality that she finds most of her inspiration. Hidden deep in the mountains is a nature that is often indescribable, but which, through art, knows how to make itself heard.
Annie is a completely self-taught artist who lets herself be guided by the nature that surrounds her and the inspiration it can bring through its rich and abundant colors and diverse textures. She is constantly seeking new media and different techniques, which often lead her to create abstract, eloquent, and unique works.

DANIELLE LAUZON
Danielle Lauzon lives and paints in Ste-Julienne, Lanaudière, Quebec, Canada. She completed her undergraduate studies in art history at the Université du Québec à Montréal in the 1990s.
"I like to play with the ambiguity of perception. In life, everything is subject to interpretation depending on how we interpret reality. Our individual experiences apply a filter to reality, which becomes our perception."

DOMINIQUE DESMEULES
My art is a reflection of my soul! From my travels around the world, I take away unforgettable memories connected to colors, patterns, and spaces. The unique blues of the Moroccan sky, the intense red of chili peppers drying on the ground, the soft green of the Irish valleys, the yellows of rapeseed cultivation... The initial inspiration developed with my passion for gardens in the early 1990s, when I divided my vacation time between the concept of a floral garden and painting, which was an unequivocal calling at that time in my life.

FRED
Frédérique Girard (FRED) was born in 1991 in Saguenay. After studying architecture and construction engineering, her creative spark unleashed itself through visual art in 2021. Deeply inspired by life and its challenges, by travel and the people around her, FRED is a creative and passionate woman with only one goal in mind: to evolve, surpass herself, and grow through a multitude of inspiring projects.
FRED's artistic approach is first and foremost very intuitive. Devoting a large part of her creation to the freedom of her gesture, she leaves plenty of room for the unexpected. Intuition is her guide, her creative driving force. For her, everything is a source of inspiration. Each creation is inspired by her current state of mind and is greatly influenced by the relationships she maintains with people.

JULIE BEAUCHEMIN
Since he began his photography career nearly 20 years ago, one theme has consistently recurred in his creations: home. Home represents refuge, a sense of security, and a representation of the self. The landscape in which the house is located is that which is greater than oneself, the vast infinity that surrounds us, the mystery, the great questioning, the solitude intrinsic to humankind, which we must look straight in the eye; dignified, upright.
In his abstract paintings, the house is represented by a door. A small rectangle, sometimes hidden, sometimes very present: an opportunity to be touched by something larger, by the work itself, the singular world onto which this door half-opens.

NATHALIE PELLETIER
Originally from Saguenay, Nathalie Pelletier has been teaching drama at the high school level for over 20 years. It was her interest in theater and fashion that led her to paint exclusively female portraits. Nathalie finds her inspiration in the sensitivity of gazes. Her paintings feature figures that are rather static, yet exude a certain expressiveness in their eyes. Thus, each gaze she paints reveals a unique story, a subtle blend of strength and vulnerability that characterizes feminine beauty.

PEDNO
While traditional portraits allow the visitor to catch a glimpse of a man, a woman, a prominent figure in a carefully crafted setting, it's a different story with those of artist Yves Pedneault. In his gallery of portraits, executed in charcoal or graphite pencil, there's no film set or staging.
Whether their names are Georges, David, Yassine, Barbara, Béatrice, or Ayla, they stare at you, they challenge you, they are so striking. They are there, with their frowning or worried expressions, alert or playful, their souls and emotions on the surface. Their faces are as bare as a question. They are so real in their stories or their childlike innocence that you feel they are speaking to you. They are asking you the question... "And me, who am I?"

SANDRA VEILLETTE

At a very young age, I accompanied my grandfather on long fishing trips, during which I learned to observe nature and cultivate patience, qualities that today shine through in my art. My artistic universe unfolds harmoniously in a new use of the elements of nature. It is the culmination of a life spent listening to the forest and its secrets.
