Making Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean shine, one meeting at a time

Last week, we had the pleasure of participating in a meeting organized by Tourisme Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean, bringing together tourism ambassadors from the region at the Auberge le Parasol. It was a wonderful opportunity to present the Galerie L'art de vivre, but above all, to share a conviction that guides everything we do.
We believe that art is a unique way to discover a territory.
Beyond the landscapes that have made Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean famous, there is a living heritage, shaped by the artists who create there, draw their inspiration from it, and tell its story in their own way. Each work carries within it a fragment of the territory: a particular light, an emotion, a story, or a perspective that invites us to see things differently.
This is the experience we wish to offer to all those who walk through the gallery doors. Whether you are a resident or a visitor, discovering the works of Quebec artists means connecting with a living culture, meeting passionate creators, and leaving with a deeper understanding of the region.
The L'art de vivre Gallery aspires to be much more than an exhibition space. We want to be a cultural destination where people take the time to contemplate, exchange ideas, and build connections. A welcoming space where art becomes a meeting point between people, ideas, and the local area.
We are convinced that cultural tourism helps to showcase our region in a different way, highlighting its creativity, authenticity and wealth of talent.
We extend our warmest thanks to Tourisme Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean for this invitation, as well as to Auberge le Parasol for their hospitality and magnificent view of the fjord. We also thank all the ambassadors present for their questions, their contributions, and their interest in our initiative.
Because discovering a region also means meeting those who create it on a daily basis, we are proud to contribute, in our own way, to the influence of Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean through art.
